Hello everybody,
I was wondering if anybody would have any suggestions on this issue: I am an american citizen, my husband is permanent resident. His sister lives in Kiev, Ukraine and she is Ukrainian. Do you know if there are any, possible ukrainian organizations in US, that would help us to bring his sister over, sort of reunite family...
I realize that if we go through regular immigration channels, it would take about 13 years.
