The mailing address on the application and the return address on the envelope must be the same - right? As I recall, if they do not match, the application is rejected.
: I'm trying to send my parent's DV applications and I would like to write my back adress on the envelope (I live in the US) So, in case they win (God I hope so)I can get their applications here.(for safety reasons)
: My question is...can I do that or should it be just a Ukrainian back adress?
