I was in the same situation.
No, she doesn't need her PMZ stamp (exit visa) right now, because K-1 is a nonimmigrant visa.(last time I was checking :) So, buracratically speaking, she is not "immigrating" to the US at this point!
(exit visa) or PMZ stamp is for immigrants only!
Now, let me tell you when she'll need it...If she comes to the US and gets married, applyes for a Green Card, gets a Green Card, THAN she'll need the stamp/exit visa! Because than, the US will be viewed as a place of her permanant residence...and for some reason, it drives Ukraine crazy if it looses a track of it's citizens! So, basically, she'll need her (exit visa/PMZ) stamp only when she gets her GC.
In order to get it she'll need to contact our Ukrainian embasssy (it takes them about a year) or she can go back in Ukraine and sit there for three months (that's usually how long it takes) and get it there!
P.S.
I know it all sounds very scrued up and backwards, but that's how it really is!
