As far as I understanand I does not make any sence for me to go to Kiev. The best way is to go back from Warsaw directly to USA. Is it correct?
How about may wife? May she stop by in Kiev and come to USA a few weeks later after I arrive? Or we have too come to USA at the same date?
In the DV papers for Department of State we stated that noone is arriving to USA at a later date. Does it mean that we have to arrive at the same time?
