Departure from Ukarine after DV green card obtained.

I just want to ask anyone who recently won a green card lottery and was departing from Ukraine.
I am male, 29 who studies in USA and won a Green Card. I will go to Warsaw for interview and then plan to stop in Kiev. (I have never been to army, no "voenniy bilet" either)
The question is:
Will I have to show any kind of paper in the airport upon departure? Voenkoman, Zhek, Militsiya? I mean if I leave for USA na (PMzh)...
Also, I have privatized apartment in Kiev. Would they make me "vypisatsa" or sell it since I am leaving for PMzh?
Or it makes more sence not to go to Kiev at all in order not to risk?
