hey guys,
i know for sure that even if you won in lottery you have to obtain
a waiver of your 2 years home residency requirement or your application for green will be turned down. it doesnt matter how many years passed since you had that J-1 visa status with the requirement.
btw not every J-1 visa provisions that 2 years rule.
you have to get rid of that requirement before hoping to get green card through the lottery. it sucks.
anybody had any luck getting Letter of no objection from ukrainian
authorities recently?
