There were several people who's applications for their student visas were rejected even with their
TOEFL and GRE passed and having financial support
papers from the Universities they were intended to attend.
In these occurences such people participated in the Green Card lottery beforehand. There is no official policy printed anywhere about it, but this may give you an additional information to think about.
: Can I get rejection in getting student or other kind of non-immigrant visas at U.S. embassy if I paricipated in Green-card lottery,because I'm supposed to become illegal immigrant.
