You may try Western Union or Money Gram. But they're expensive 'cos they send money almost immediately. There is another way to do that. You may ask your fiancee to open an account in some bank in Ukraine. The account should be for USD currency. The bank must have a corresponding account in some bank in US. Usualy, they have it in Bank Of New York. She has to tell you her account number and attributes of the account in American Bank and you can send her money through that bank. You have to pay only for wire transfer which is much chaper then WU. In my bank it is $30. If you have some membership it would be less.
She has to pay 1% when she withdraw money from her account.
Also there is another way. You may send her money without opening account in Ukraine. Just send in the same way using her passport number and her address.
