Hi, my name is Volodymyr. I once tried to invite my grandfather to USA.I found the ambasse site of Ukraine and wrote them an E-Mail. I gave them all of the information and after a week my grandfather called me telling that he recieved a letter inviting him to come to an interview to open his visa. I dont really remember the site URL. However, i believe you can find it by regular search engine. hope this is what you wanted.
