My wife was born in Kommunarsk Voroshilovgrag region in 1962. Should I
put this location on my application or write the new names for the town and
for the region? In my case: should I put Stanislav (I was born March 12, 1962) or Ivano-Frankivsk? Thanks for answering. Oleh.
