Hi, I would like to becertain that the money that I send to my fiancee in Ukraine gets to her. Anyone know what is the best way? I have been sending American cash, but she tells me that sooner or later the mail will be opened and the money taken. Anyone had any experiences like this? WOuld appreciate anyhelp I could get. Thanks
