Same advice as previous:They don't want to give you visa in Toronto, especially when you got your status from INS. I was denied twice, and it is expensive -travel, appointment in the US consulate, etc. (Though I like Canada, it's very pleasant country. You feel the flavour of Europe, unlike in US:)))
