:I have some experience with traveling to Ukraine with Ukr.passport. We have similar situation - American red stamp and no Ukrainian "PMG". I would suggest to get the temporary registration stamp in Ukrainian Embassy in DC. My son and I had such a stamps - there were presented in Boryspil airport - they had no any question.
: I totaly agree with this. I traveled in and out of Ukraine without PMZh stamp myself. No legal risk is involved, just dumb bureacrats everywhere :).
