It's very simple: if you see the question "Have you or anybody on your behalf ever expressed your wish to immigrate to the USA?", your answer must be YES. Green Card lottery, though not specifically designed for these needs, is a very good tool to discover of potential immigrants. Keep it in mind.
: I am applying to F-1 visa and have an interview at the US Embassy in Kyiv soon. Should I indicate my participation in 'Green Card Lottery' in my application form (I didn't win)? Although I didn't find a direct question about that in the application form. Does anybody had similar experience?
