You guys give most competent advices to everyone. Can you help me?
I am volunteering at one of the american companies as a programmer.
I started in desember last year and i was promised that my f-1 visa would be changed to H-1B.Only in May papers (including from DOL) were
ready and sent to INS along with money check. I ran out of funds .Am
elligable to receive some kind of financial compensation.(let's say
starting from May?)
