I started in desember last year and i was promised that my f-1 visa
would be changed to H-1B.Only in May papers (including from DOL) were ready and sent to INS along with money check. I ran out of funds .Am =3D
elligable to receive some kind of financial compensation.(let's say =3D
starting from May?)
