As to me, I don't trust much in Kirovograd business. We had a client (Kirovogradstroiinvest). The man came to New York, was very articulate and sounded quite persuasive. We gathered a circle of busy professionals from the Wall Street area to handle his project, then he flied back home. Since then we never heard from him, while our own corporate reputation is now tarnished.
