You need to take tests -- USMLE -- parts 1 and 2 and an English language test. Look up information about USMLE on the web. Alternatively, you may contact medical schools which will most likely accept some of your credentials. Then, you will have to take a certain number of courses and then sit for the medical boards, as a graduate of a US medicla school. You should contact a medical school in your area to find out more about this. Whether or not you will have the right to work, legally, as a doctor will also depend on your immigration status.
The best source of information about siuch matters are medical schools, boards of medical certification in the various states, and immigration attorneys.

: Has anyone had any experience with recertification of a Ukrainian medical doctor to practice medicine in the USA (legally, of course)?
