Hello,
I am currently perm. res. of US. I can apply for Citizenship in Dec 2001. Also, I know it better to marry someone in Ukraine if you're a US citizen. But how long does it take to get citizenship after you aplly??? Or should I marry them before I get citizenship? Can anyone please inform me???????
