Inna, thank you very much for answering my question. Well, unfortunately I will not be on F1 visa anymore, as they told me that as long as I am married and apply for an anjustment of status, I cant be on non-immigrant visa anymore, so my status is very vague: application whose ajustment of status application is pending.
As for inviting my mom via organization - won't INS be surpised that since there is her dauther here, she is coming to USA via organization and not via her husband? Cant they get suspicious?
