If it's a K-1 case, she does not have to have a work permit. I didn't and I actually think I couldn't have any work permit when receiving my SSN
: What is the next step that we must take after our marriage in the US in terms of filling out government forms? And can my wife (immigrant) apply for a SSN immediately after our marriage?
