: I have recently found my half-sister, long thought deceased. I was born in the U.S., 42 years ago. Of course, I am a citizen. My sister is now 61 years old. She is Ukrainian, but lives in Russia. Her sons live in Ukraine. How can I help her immigrate? Is there an age requirement/limitation? What is the priority status for a half-sister? Our father died many years ago. She wants to come to America to live. I have heard that her age will cause a denial from immigration. Is this true?
