Is the woman going out of Ukraine for vacation or she is immigrating. How old is the child?
Has the husband waived his perental obligations? What country is she going to?

: I am looking for information about paper "Legal and total Custody" for women who are going to leave Ukraine being divorced and having child. If somebody can give me any information or advice, I would very apprecciate that. I reaaly need to know if woman needs any permission from her former husband to leave country with a child.
