There is a russian area close Devon ave. in Chicago. The approx. price 2 bedroom apartment is $620. But it will be much cheaper if you will share it with somebody. Also you can find some cheap apartment on Clark, Belmont, Irving Park ave. but there is no russian people. To find a job you have to look at some russian or local newspapers.
