Guys, I think you're confusing two things a Travel Document( advance parole) and a Travel Passport.
A Travel Document (advance parole) is issued to immigrants that applyed for a GC but do not have it yet. This document allows them to come back to the US.
A Travel Passpot is a document that is issued to immigrants that hold a GC but do not have a citizenship (of any country)...I'm glad to hear that Dimitri mentioned that Ukraine excepts Travel Passport and puts Ukrainian visa in it!
