Hello everybody, has anyone had an experience of applying for Andjustment of Status in Tampla Local INS office recently? How much time does it take? I can't understand: if you file everything to Tampa, your docuements are just processed there withough being sent to Texas Processing Center?
And one more question. Can I work using my working permit obtained when I was under student visa, while my working permit as a spouse of American citizen is pending and I do not study any more? Thank you very much!!
