: I heard from several people that Texas INS is very slow and I even called INS customer service and they confirmed my apprehension - at least 24 months to be invited for an interview. But I am thinking about other possibility now - we can file the papers to Nebraska INS. Do you know anything about it? I have a very complicated plan - to file everything there while we are still in IOwa and then when we move just give address of our friends in Iowa so that we know when we are invited for an inteview. But I am trying to figure out if it is worth doing.
