here on brama I saw smb else recommending Supertel cards with 17 - 16 cents per minute. I bought it: quality is not the best, you hear a little echo (it doesn't really interfere with conversation), but hey, the price is OK. The person who was telling about these cards also said that though they are supposed to last 2 hours, they last about 5. Sadly, such miracle didn't happen to me :))
