You mean going back to Kiev and applying for a Spouse Visa? Why would you do that? And what’s the rush about getting GC? You’ll get it eventually. How soon? It depends on your location. Some states do fast, other slower.
And what kind of ‘adjustment of status’ can US Embassy in Kiev provide for you? Íåçðîçóìiëî.

: People, does anybody have any idea if it is possible to apply for an andjustment of status and send all documents to US Embassy in Kiev (I am on F1 visa, I am married to an American citizen and I am in US now). I heard it will be much faster if you process docs in your own country but am not sure it if it applicable to my situation. Thanks!
