Personally I do not understand either why I became "Yuliya" one day, after being all my life "Yulia". I do not understand why relatives living in Russian and Ukraine have different last names :)))
If a nation claims independence and independent state with completely different state language...:)))
Anyway, there must be certain rules, in other way, each person will change his documents every day. By the way, being in the USA, I got the experience when the bank sent me the documents with wrong written last name 3 times:))) And only the fourth time was finally successful:))) Each time they promised to straighten the mistake out, but sent the packet with the same mistake:)))
