Please share your experience in such a situation: I would like to find out what necessary documents I would need to prepare in order to sent my daughter who is 2 years old and is a USA citizen to Ukraine to visit her grandparents. Now my mother is in USA and has 5-years multi-visa. I would like my mother to travel to Ukraine with my daughter for a few weeks. Since this is a first trip to Ukraine for my daughter, I would need to apply for the tourist visa for her. The other document that we need is the notarized and signed by my husband and me agreement that we allow my mother to travel with our child. What else?
