Matter is not a translation. I just checked Chicago and San Francisco consulate website and they posted the same visa requirements for U.S. citizens as can be found on U.S. embassy in Kiev website (No visa requirement for up to 90 days stay within 6 month period). But on official website of president of Ukraine http://www.president.gov.ua/documents/2925.html still posted I hope incorrect version in Ukrainian. It reads:
якщо вони протягом шести місяців від дати попереднього в'їзду в Україну повторно відвідують Україну на строк, що не перевищує 90 днів.
Translation: If they are visiting Ukraine repeatedly within six month from the date of previous visit for no more than 90 days.
Newly published version in English on Ukrainian consulate website simply DOES NOT correspond to previous version in Ukrainian on official Ukrainian president's website.
I’m sure that newer version in English is correct. Otherwise a lot of people already would have a problem. How the hell this happened? I would like to know myself.

: No visas for Canadians. For Americans is something else... Does anybody know the details? It looks like Americans still have to pay $100 if they are visiting Ukraine less than 2 times a year and Canadians don't have to anymore...
