Canadian citizens may enter the US for 6 months without a visa. Landed immigrants who are citizens of countries that require visas (Ukraine is a country from which people must have visas to enter the US)must get a visa to enter the US. If you want more specific information, please write to me directly. I will do my best to answer your question. I don't give individual information on this board.
: I'm Ukrainian citizen living in Canada as a Permenent Resident. I have a sister, who is studying in USA. She is there on a student visa. She wants me to visit her in USA. But I can't.
: I wonder if my daughter, who is only 10 can go to visit her herself. My sister can come over to pick her up but I don't know what documents my daughter and my sister need in order to do that. Thank you. Svetlana
