I'm Ukrainian citizen living in Canada as a Permenent Resident. I have a sister, who is studying in USA. She is there on a student visa. She wants me to visit her in USA. But I can't.
I wonder if my daughter, who is only 10 can go to visit her herself. My sister can come over to pick her up but I don't know what documents my daughter and my sister need in order to do that. Thank you. Svetlana
