MG, Ukrainian radio NYNI in Philadelphia was organised by the latest immigrant, Ihor Shunda. The radio was interesting for the new wave of immigrants. But they did not support it. Even according to Ihor he had most support from the older generation of immigrants.
Why is the forth wave so passive?
I think they do not understand the importance of having media that would express their needs.
In the United States, media is great power that has so much control over the society.
