As you can see US does nothing to prevent it. The Oath is everything what is expected from you. No legal action is raised if you keep (and use)your "other" passport.
How it might look from the Ukrainian side I don't know.
One more reason to keep Ukrainian passport is heritage for example. What happens to your property in Ukraine if you loose UA citizenship? Do you, or anybody know?
