Olaf,hello... It would be much better for your life together to live in Germany.Ukraine is now in a terribly slow rebuilding process..it may be 20 years or more before modern conveniences are at a level that is comfortable.If you plan on family...raise them where they will have more opportunity and freedom. And if you do decide to live in Ukraine..think about the tiring endless toil of doing any paperwork that is needed for such a move..it can be relentlessly crazy at times and you may not even see the results for quite some time...
