Yes,Western Union is the way to go..my wife and I have never had a problem..and the money is transferred within about 20 minutes.There are charges from Western Union,depending on the amount you are sending.Aside from Aval Bank...there are now WU offices springing up in many parts of the larger cities in Ukraine.
