Hi Sveta,
I heard that 6 - 8 months through the embassy is normal depending on where you live in Ukraine. I can't decide whether I should submit my documents there myself after my green card comes in the mail... Could you please tell me whether they actually take your passport away while the application is pending?
It seems so rediculous that after waiting for a green card, and actully obtaining permission from the US authorities to travel, Ukrainian authorities make it hard for us to travel back to Ukraine.
