I'm a fifteen year old boy living in Washington. When I turn sixteen my passport expires and I will have to return to Ukraine to get a new one, unfortunately I recently received a letter saying that I was going to be on a list of eligible draftees, and any attempts to obtain a new passport might be viewed as an attempt to dodge the draft. My problem with this is that I can barely speak Ukrainian after having lived here for eleven years. Does anyone have suggestions about what to do?
