I have got my PMP stamp a couple days ago. I didn't have any problems just a little confusion - I never received a letter from the Consulate and got the news about the application status in 6 months after they received documents from Ukraine. I did everything as it was on web-site. The whole process of getting the PMP stamp took me 2 years (1.5 years + 6 months), but right now I am all set.
I can understand the frustration, but people there working pretty hard too...

: Now I am planning my trip to Ukraine and just curious - why to give all these promices about visas for americans and then do nothing... I have dual citizenship and don't have a clue how to resolve the Ukrainian part of this situation by law. Oh, I forgot - there is no law, or confusing law
