My wife plans to go back to the Ukraine this summer to visit friends and relatives and sell her flat. She did not get a new picture in her Ukrainian internal passport at age 45. She thinks it will cost only a few dollars to get it fixed. I have heard that there are daily penalties for late pictures. Since she is 4 years late that could be a lot of money. Does anyone know what this costs?
