Irma I am sorry but I am not sure if you are from Ukraine and speaking of an interview to get your K-1 visa to come to the US. I am going to assume this is the case and my answer is based on that. I hope it helps.
Which notification did you receive if it was the I-797C for US INS this one is only a receipt telling you they received the application and are processing it. If you have the I-797 (they look the same though)and it says "Approval Notice" in the box that reads "Notice Type" then yes you are guaranteed an interview. You and any of your children must attend the interview. That is if your children are due to receive K-2 visas to enter the US. Your spouse does not have to be there everything will be fine. But if he can be there it is a nice thing for you and immigration like to see that kind of stuff too. There are never any guarantees but his being there sure helps some. I was unable to be there when my wife had her interview and she said she had no problems at all. Her interview lasted 5-minutes.
