Although Dr. Oryshkevich due to his Soviet Jewish background primarily tries to help link Russians and Soviet Jews living in eastern Ukraine to available scholarships (his between the lines politics are thinly disguised on his web site and he has made many anti-Ukrainianization postings in Brama forums) some non-target population Ukrainians may find the site interesting as a starting point to figure out where these scholarships are available and how to apply.
