You are welcome to visit the USA/USA Program website at www.ukrainianscholarships.org.
It contains much information about education abroad for Ukrainians but also for Ukrainians in Ukraine.
The USA/USA Program is oriented for selected elite talented students but there is still much information there for the student wanting to act on his/her own.
