My fiance lives in the Ukraine. I was thinking that we might go ahead and get married there and then do a DCF in warsaw. Does anyone know if I can go ahead an marry her there without any kind of residency requirements or anything of that nature? If there are where else could we go to get married where there are no restrictions?
