We would like to bring a girl from the Ukraine to the USA as an au pair on a J1 visa. We know that we need to use an agency but have not been able to locate one in the Ukraine. Does anyone have any suggestions or information on J1 visas? Will it be impossible for Irina to come here? Can she apply for the J1 visa in a neighboring country?
