Temporary Green Card is good for 2 years, so you don't have a chance to get Citizenship before your Conditional Permanent Resident term expired. After you get the permanent Status nobody could stop you of applying for Citizenship. This process is usually takes about a year, so there is no way to become a Citizen earlier than 4 years (of cource if your marriage is not a fake).
