You need to take a visa for your daughter unless you want to make her Ukrainian citizen (takes longer than visa). Download an application from the Ukr. embassy website and send $100 visa fee money order together with your daughter's passport,photographs and filled out application. Takes about 2-3 weeks to process if regular processing
