If you emigrated from Ukraine and got US citizenship, why do you want to come back? If you always wanted to live in Ukraine why did you emigrate?
: I am a US citizen and emigrated from Ukraine in 1992. Is there any possibility to get status permanent resident of Ukraine and if 'Yes' how.
